"Ingat Muna"

I've a family friend who migrated to the U.S. early in his teens. He still speaks Filipino very fluently and tries to talk in Filipino whenever we see each other. This morning i read a facebook message that he's here in the Philippines. He wrote to me in Filipino. So proud of him. Haha, then at the end of the letter he says, "Ingat muna."

I am a true-blooded Filipino, but never in my life have i heard this "ingat muna." Don't know what it means exactly. Did he mean, "bye for now?" Haha, this just made me smile today.
